Books

Print Books

Books may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us at maclarencochranepublishing@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damage, if applicable

Approved returns must be received in their original condition unless the item was damaged during shipping. Must have picture proof of packaging.

Subscription Boxes

Subscription box purchases may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Once a subscription box has shipped, that shipment is not eligible for a refund.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at maclarencochranepublishing@gmail.com, and we will work to provide a replacement when available.

3D Printed Products and Merchandise

3D printed figures, bookmarks, promotional items, and other merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Because many items are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Customer ordering errors
  • Changes of mind
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Depending on the situation, we may provide:

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged product.
